John Groppoli
INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
John heads Eastcourt Capital and is responsible for investee assessment and transaction execution at Eastcourt Capital. John’s experience initially as a partner of a national firm for 20+ years and subsequently as principal of a boutique legal and commercial advisory practice has seen him focussed on:
legal strategy, board processes, risk management and corporate governance;
mergers, acquisitions, expansionary investment capital and business succession planning.
John has owned and managed a number of SME businesses operating in diverse sectors.
John is currently the Chairman of Hunt Architects and McDowell Affleck Australia Consulting Engineers and is a non-executive director of ASX company, Stealth Global Holdings Ltd..
